The challenge
The company's GCC business, based in the UAE, ran its operations on several disconnected tools. Stock, orders, production and accounts each lived in a different place, so the same information was entered more than once and reports had to be pieced together by hand.
The GCC team needed a system built around how its regional operations actually work, including batch production and stock tracked by batch, rather than a generic package.
What Xcrino built
Xcrino designed and built a custom ERP with four connected modules:
- Inventory and warehouse
- Sales and purchasing
- Production and batch management
- Finance and reporting
The ERP was built with Node.js on the back end and React on the front end, so the team works in one web application instead of switching between tools.
Results
Bringing everything into one system has reduced manual work by 25–50%, because information is entered once and flows through to production, sales and finance.
An ongoing partnership
Xcrino has supported and extended the ERP since 2023. Source code and IP transfer to the client on full payment, so the business is never locked in.
