Intellectual property
Unless a contract says otherwise, deliverables specified as client-owned transfer after full payment. Xcrino retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how. Website content and branding remain Xcrino property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xcrino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Aggregate liability under a project is limited as stated in the applicable contract.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed contract specifies otherwise.
